How and where to claim the warranty

Receiving a RMA number is the first step to any successful complaint.
Before you lodge your complaint, you must first determine if there is an authorised repair shop for your defective product. You can consult the list of authorised repair shops that was included with the product’s original warranty card, or send an e-mail to support@prostudio.sk. If there is no authorised repair shop for your product, or if the product cannot be repaired, contact ProStudio s.r.o. directly in order to resolve your complaint, using the information given below. Each piece of goods that is subject to a complaint must be provided with a RMA number.
How to Send Defective Goods
Send the product being returned to our address, with the assigned RMA number. Please, do not forget to always label the package with the RMA number. If you send multiple pieces of goods in a single packet, always clearly label each piece. It is necessary to enclose a list of complaints as well as of the goods that is being dispatched in one parcel.

The transport label format:

ProStudio, s.r.o.– complaints, RMA "number"
Havlíčkova 7
811 04 Bratislava
Slovakia

Legend:

What a "RMA number" means
A RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number is assigned to all complaints about a product and then registered in the IS of ProStudio, s.r.o. Keep your RMA number once a complaint is registered – it makes it easier to look up the complaint and check it.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our RMA team on e-mail support@prostudio.sk.

How you can lodge a complaint about a package

Damaged package: If your package was damaged, you must write a damage report with the shipper. We also recommend you contact us by sending an e-mail to support@prostudio.sk, or calling +421 908 831 603.
If you decide to send an e-mail, the SUBJECT line must clearly state that your message concerns a “DAMAGED PACKAGE”. In the message, describe the type of damage sustained by the package, and enclose a copy of the “DAMAGE report”. It is also a good idea to take and attach pictures of the damaged packet. If you decide to phone us, inform our staff of the type of damage sustained by the package.

Incomplete delivery: If the package is not damaged, but you realised that the delivery of the goods you ordered is incomplete after opening the packet, we recommend you contact us by sending an e-mail to support@prostudio.sk or calling +421 908 831 603
If you decide to send an e-mail, the SUBJECT line must clearly state that your message concerns an “INCOMPLETE PACKAGE DELIVERY”. In the message, describe which product and what amount is missing from the package. If you decide to phone us, provide our staff with accurate information on which ordered goods are missing.
